RETAIL INFORMATION
Order Confirmation
On placing an order you will receive confirmation via email.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with any items sent to you, please feel free to return them to Birdy Num Num within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging with labels attached. Birdy Num Num will then offer a full refund or exchange to a preferred item.
Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us as Birdy Num Num can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Damaged Items
In the case of items being found faulty or breaking after 7 days it will be at Birdy Num Num's discretion as to whether of not a replacement will be issued.

Returns and Refunds
Missing or faulty goods must be reported to Birdy Num Num within 7 days of delivery.
When an item is reported faulty, the item must be returned to Birdy Num Num without delay and a replacement will be sent out immediately. If the item is no longer in stock then a credit note will be issued.
In the case of damaged goods returned to the customer, it will be at Birdy Num Num's discretion as to whether of not a replacement will be issued.
Birdy Num Num will inform customers if any items are not in stock and will supply an estimated delivery date. If the customer prefers not to wait until the said item is in stock again or Birdy Num Num do not plan to restock the item then the customer will be refunded.
